My daughter lost her favorite Princess Millie doll so I was happy we were able to find her again! We also have a Zubel cat & bunny that are well-loved…just the sweetest softest dolls!

I was sent a completely wrong doll. I ask for an exchange over a week before Christmas and was notified that your business was gone till after the new year. Very disappointed and embarrassed that I did not have a present for my godchild, named Milly, for her Christmas present. Instead I received a pirate doll and an email saying y’all would not be able to deal with my exchange till after January 3rd.
